TRAINING PROGRAMS
We offer the following programs needed for EPA/OSHA Certification and Continuing Education credits.

Lead RRP
Any contractor performing qualifying renovation, repair, or painting (RRP) work on pre-1978 homes or child-occupied facilities must employ at least one Certified Renovator who has successfully completed this training. Companies must also submit an application to register as a Lead Safe Certified Firm with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or the EPA-Authorized State in which RRP work will be performed.

Asbestos
There are several classes of asbestos required under 1910.1101 and 1926. In addition, in the state of Florida anyone who performs asbestos inspections or abatement must be accredited to perform these services.
Mold Assessors & Remediators
FS Chapter 468.84 requires anyone involved in any mold assessment or remediation must be certified by DBPR. In order to maintain their certification, they must attend a DBPR approved 14 hour training once every two years.
Silica Training
For each employee engaged, the employer shall fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with the standard.
