About The Institute
The Environmental Safety & Health Institute provides training courses in
environmental and health and safety as well as OSHA safety training, hazardous materials/waste,
EPA/State of Florida approved asbestos abatement, lead abatement, and air quality.
The ESHI offers more than 300 non-credit courses each year to the general public in several
cities throughout Florida and Georgia. ESHI's staff is multidisciplinary, consisting of nationally
recognized professionals with a reputation for providing high quality technical assistance and training
programs. ESHI employs skilled professionals including waste management experts, chemists, biologists,
regulatory specialists, engineers, CIHs and IHs, as well as practicing professionals from government,
industry, private consulting firms and business.
The Institute was founded by Mr. James F. Rizk, M.S., CIH. James Rizk holds a masters degree in industrial hygiene
and is certified in the comprehensive practice of IH, as well as a licensed asbestos consultant in
the State of Florida. James Rizk has over 28 years experience in environmental consulting and
training.
